Add templating in a new tab for group order admins:

  • Enable / disable clipboard templating
    • Body: Multiline textfield with placeholders
    • Entry separator string
  • Enable / disable email templating
    • Subject
    • To: Choose between Order creator, Order participants, custom
    • CC : Choose between Order creator, Order participants, custom
    • BCC : Choose between Order creator, Order participants, custom
    • Body: Multiline textfield with placeholders
    • Entry separator string
  • Submission selection / sort order applies
  • Persist settings in export JSON

For each templating engine, add further ways to sort / group entries. E.g. simple sort by category, or group (and count) per category. The output does not necessarily be a full-blown list of textual string entries
